PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolator having a novel structure which can easily insert a bolt part of a connection objective member into a bolt hole of a first attachment member.SOLUTION: In a vibration isolator 10 having a structure in which a first attachment member 12 having a bolt hole 18 is made to firmly adhere to an end face of a cylindrical main body rubber elastic body 16 having an inner hole 26 in an axial direction, and an internal peripheral face of a cylinder part 20 of a second attachment member 14 is made to firmly adhere to an external peripheral face of the main body rubber elastic body 16, a plurality of abutment protrusions 32 protruding to an internal peripheral side, and guiding a bolt part 44 of a connection objective member 40 when inserting the connection objective member into the bolt hole 18 are formed at a peripheral wall inner face of the inner hole 26 of the main body rubber elastic body 16, and escape parts 38 which are recessed to an external peripheral side rather than a forming portion of the protrusions 32 are formed between peripheral directions of a plurality of the abutment protrusions 32, 32, 32 and 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
