Another one of the bracket and the first attachment tool includes a tubular press-fitted portion in which the press-fit portion is press-fitted to the press-fitted portion in the press fitting direction. The press-fitted portion includes: a tubular rigid portion having an inner surface with recesses depressed with respect to both front and rear sides in the press fitting direction, the rigid portion having at least one end with an open end portion, having a rigidity higher than that of the elastic body; and an elastic film portion made of an elastic body bonded to an inner surface of the rigid portion.
