To provide a vibration isolator capable of temporarily fixing a stopper easily while suppressing an increase in the number of components and the number of man-hours.SOLUTION: A vibration isolator 12 includes: an outer cylinder 18; an inner cylinder 20; a vibration isolating rubber 22 interposed between these cylinders; a stopper 30 attached to the vibration isolating rubber 22 on a device lower end side of the inner cylinder 20, which is formed substantially into a disc-shape in its whole shape, and whose outer edge part is curved toward a vibration isolating rubber 22 side; a projection part 40 formed along an axial direction of the inner cylinder 20 on a side where the stopper 30 is attached of the vibration isolating rubber 22, which projects from a device lower end side of the inner cylinder 20; a protrusion 42 extending along a radial direction from the vibration isolating rubber 22 in the projection part 40; and an engagement part 34 formed so as to engage with the protrusion 42 in the outer edge part of the stopper 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
