PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a vehicle rear part structure that can stably support a large-size battery.SOLUTION: A vehicle rear part structure 10 comprises: a first bracket 40, one end part and the other end part of which are joined through a floor panel 14 to a part of an inner flange part 22 of a side member 20 excluding a part right above a joining part 36 and a part of a rear flange part 32 of a cross member 30 respectively, which has a first fastening part 45 to which is fastened a first leg part 62 of a large-size battery 60; and a second bracket 50, arranged closer to outside of a front side of a vehicle body than the first bracket 40, an inner end part in a vehicle width direction of which is joined through the floor panel 14 to a part of the inner flange part 22 of the side member 20 excluding the part right above the joining part 36 and a part of the front flange part 34 of the cross member 30, and an outer end part in the vehicle width direction of which is joined through the floor panel 14 to a part of an outer flange part 24 of the side member 20, which has a second fastening part 55 to which is fastened a second leg part 64 of the large-size battery 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
