To provide a vehicle rear part structure capable of preventing deformation to a spring receiving member.SOLUTION: The vehicle rear part structure includes: a rear side frame extending in a vehicle cross direction; a spring receiving member fixed onto an undersurface part of the rear side frame and supporting a spring upper end of a rear suspension; and a reinforcement member fixed onto an outer side face part of the outside of the rear side frame in the vehicle width direction and supporting the spring receiving member. The spring receiving member includes an extension part extending more outward in the vehicle width direction than the outer side face part of the rear side frame and a pair of bent parts formed by bending both ends of the extension part in the cross direction upward. The reinforcement member includes a main wall part joined to the outer side face part, a bottom wall part joined to the extension part and a pair of reinforcement flanges extending outward in the vehicle width direction from both ends of the main wall part in the cross direction. In the center of the main wall part in the cross direction, there is provided a swelling part formed with a closed face extending vertically in a space to the outer side face part.     【課題】スプリング受け部材の変形を防ぐことができる車両後部構造を提供すること。【解決手段】車両の前後方向に延びるリヤサイドフレームと、リヤサイドフレームの下面部に固定されてリヤサスペンションのスプリング上端部を支持するスプリング受け部材と、リヤサイドフレームの車幅方向外側の外側面部に固定されてスプリング受け部材を支持する補強部材を備えた車両後部構造において、スプリング受け部材は、リヤサイドフレームの外側面部よりも車幅方向外側に延びる延出部と、延出部の前後方向両端部を上方に屈曲させた1対の屈曲部を有し、補強部材は、外側面部に接合された主壁部と、延出部に接合された底壁部と、主壁部の前後方向両端部から車幅方向外側に延びる1対の補強フランジを有し、主壁部の前後方向中央部には外側面部との間に上下方向に延びる閉断面を形成する膨出部が形成され、1対の補強フランジを1対の屈曲部に夫々接合した。【選択図】図3
