PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air pressurizing type car body frame structure which improves durability for bending and impact load by applying a tensile load to a material which constitutes a frame by using air pressure, in consideration that a monocoque frame or a pipe frame constituted with a thin steel sheet or fiber reinforced plastic material has such a demerit as to get hard to endure bending and impact load when a thickness of the monocoque frame or the pipe frame is thinned.SOLUTION: A portion to be improved in the durability for bending and impact load is formed as a hollow structure, an internal pressure of a hollow part is elevated and, thereby, a tensile load is applied to a thin steel sheet or a fiber reinforced plastic material which constitutes a frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】薄い鋼板や繊維強化プラスチック素材によって構成されるモノコックフレームまたはパイプフレームは素材の厚さを薄くすると曲げや衝撃荷重に耐えにくくなる弱点がある。空気圧を利用してフレームの中空部分の内圧を高めることによってフレームを構成する素材に引っ張り荷重をかけておくことにより曲げや衝撃荷重に対する耐性を高める。【解決手段】曲げや衝撃荷重に対する耐性を高めたい部位を中空構造とし、圧縮空気または送風機を使って中空部分の内圧を高めることによりフレームを構成する薄い鋼板または繊維強化プラスチック素材に引っ張り荷重を加えておく。【選択図】図1
