本发明提供了一种内增压式金属圆管胶接结构及应用其的自行车车架,内、外管在套接段管体之间夹设有粘接胶,套接段管体上分别开设有供对拧螺栓穿经的销孔;对拧螺栓在内管管内螺纹对接,旋拧头分别压抵内管销孔旁的内管管体且容纳于外管销孔,并与孔壁能够相抵限位;旋拧缩短对拧螺栓,通过对拧螺丝的旋拧头对内管施加压力,内管在垂直于对拧螺栓杆体轴心线的方向朝外管内管壁凸起变形,从内部对外管进行局部加压,从而增大粘合强度。本发明的外管无需变形,通过对拧螺栓改变内管外形,使内外管之间形成内胀结构,从内部对外管进行局部加压,从而增大粘合强度;即便胶水失效,对拧螺栓也可防止插接结构的失效,从而形成有效的保护作用。
