The invention discloses a pressurizing rear end frame with a large opening. The main body of the pressurization rear end frame with the large opening is of a beam type structure, and the pressurization rear end frame comprises an upper cross beam (1), a lower cross beam (2), a door frame beam (3), an auxiliary vertical beam (10), a vertical beam (4) and other main beams. A plane frame is further composed of a web (7), a transverse partition plate (6) and an opening frame (8). The upper cross beam (1), the door frame beam (3), and the upper portions of the auxiliary vertical beam (10) and the vertical beam (4) are connected with the rear portion of a wall plate through short beams, and the short beams are connected with the pressurizing rear end frame in a one frame mode through connectingangle materials, balanced with pressurizing longitudinal loads and used for transmitting bearing reaction force caused by bending moment. The door frame beam (3), and the lower portions of the auxiliary vertical beam (10) and the vertical beam (4) are connected with an airtight floor in front of the pressurizing rear end frame through airtight floor connecting short beams, are balanced with a pressurizing longitudinal load and used for transmitting a reaction force. Due to the design of the strong cross beams and the multiple vertical beams which are simple in structure, light in weight and convenient to use, pressurization loads and cabin door loads are transmitted to a fuselage respectively, the sealing requirement of a cabin door and a frame is met, and the fatigue life of the frame isprolonged.
本发明提供一种带大开口的增压后端框,其主体为梁式结构,包括上横梁(1)、下横梁(2)、门框梁(3)﹑辅竖梁(10)、竖梁(4)等主梁;平面框还由腹板(7)、横向隔板(6)和口框(8)组成。上横梁(1)、门框梁(3)﹑辅竖梁(10)和竖梁(4)上部通过短梁与壁板后连接,短梁通过连接角材与增压后端框后一框连接,与增压纵向载荷平衡并传递弯矩引起的支反力;门框梁(3)﹑辅竖梁(10)和竖梁(4)下部通过气密地板连接短梁与增压后端框前之间气密地板连接,与增压纵向载荷平衡并传递支反力。结构简单、重量轻、使用方便的强横梁和多竖梁设计,分别将增压载荷和舱门载荷传递到机身上,既解决了舱门和框的密封要求,又提高了框的疲劳寿命。
