PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stiffness of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A center pillar inner 10a in a vehicular center pillar 10 is equipped with projecting strips 13 formed near both ends in an extending direction of the center pillar 10. Upper ends 13a of the projecting strips 13 extend to an upper side than a boundary between straight portions 12a and transition portions 12c of a flange 12 in which profiles of openings A1 and A2 arranged with a vehicle door adjacent to at least the center pillar 10 change along an extending direction of a roof side rail of a vehicle from the extending direction of the center pillar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
