PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-driven direct-acting actuator capable of reducing a cost by simplifying a support structure against thrust force, while saving a space.SOLUTION: This electrically-driven direct-acting actuator 1 comprises: an electric motor 2; a direct-acting mechanism 3; a housing 4; and a control unit CU. The direct-acting mechanism 3 and the electric motor 2 are arranged in the axial direction through a rotary input/output shaft 5 of the direct-acting mechanism 3. The electric motor 2 has a magnetic pole for generating an interlinkage flux, the direction of the magnetic pole being arranged in parallel with a motor rotation axis. The direct-acting mechanism 3 comprises a thrust bearing 34 for holding reaction force against a load in the axial direction, the load accompanying translatory movement of a direct-acting part 6. The control unit CU comprises thrust force application means 54 for applying thrust force so that force caused by an interlinkage flux between a stator 7 and a rotor 8 to act in the axial direction of the rotary input/output shaft 5 generates force in the axial direction, the force acting on the thrust bearing 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】省スペース化を図ると共に、スラスト力に対する支持構造を簡素化しコスト低減を図ることができる電動式直動アクチュエータを提供する。【解決手段】この電動式直動アクチュエータ1は、電動モータ2と、直動機構3と、ハウジング4と、制御装置CUとを備える。直動機構3と電動モータ2とが、直動機構3の回転入出力軸5を介して軸方向に配置される。電動モータ2は、鎖交磁束を発生する磁極の向きがモータ回転軸と平行に配置されている。直動機構3は、直動部6の直進運動に伴う軸方向の荷重に対する反作用力を保持するスラスト軸受34を備える。固定子7および回転子8の鎖交磁束に起因して回転入出力軸5の軸方向に作用する力が、スラスト軸受34に作用する軸方向の力を発生させるようにスラスト力を印加させるスラスト力印加手段54を制御装置CUに備えている。【選択図】図1
