PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-off valve that can effectively suppress the self excited vibration of a valve and a fluid pressure control device having the same.SOLUTION: A second bias member 81 included in an on-off valve 1 has a connection part 81c to receive external force 91 from a first bias member 15 through a valve 14, and a tapered face 81b (second external force receiving part) to receive fluid force 92 from a brake fluid flowing from an inflow hole 12a toward a valve chamber 74.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
