PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a variation of a flow rate of an electromagnetic valve.SOLUTION: A booster linear valve 160 includes two movable elements 182, 184. By the control of a supply current to a coil 180, the second movable element 184 is switched to a stationary state, the first movable element 182 is switched to a movable state, the first movable element 182 is switched to a non-movable state, the second movable element 184 is switched to a non-movable state, and both the first movable element 182 and the second movable element 184 are switched to movable states. Therefore, it becomes possible to mechanically set an opening of the booster linear valve 160 at an intermediate opening. A variation of a flow rate between the booster linear valves can be reduced compared with the case that the opening is continuously controlled by the control of the supply current from a closed state up to a maximum opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】電磁弁の流量のバラツキを小さくする。【解決手段】増圧リニア弁160は2つの可動子182,184を含む。コイル180への供給電流の制御により、第2可動子184が静止状態にあり、第1可動子182が移動可能な状態、第1可動子182、第2可動子184が移動しない状態、第1可動子182と第2可動子184との両方が移動可能な状態とに切り換えられる。そのため、機械的に、増圧リニア弁160の開度を中間開度とすることが可能となる。開度が、閉状態から最大開度まで供給電流の制御により連続的に制御される場合に比較して、増圧リニア弁間の流量バラツキを小さくすることができる。【選択図】図2
