PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flight altitude correction system and a flight altitude correction method capable of suppressing disturbance of flight altitude of an unmanned aircraft due to atmospheric pressure change, when the unmanned aircraft controls the flight altitude based on an output value of an atmospheric pressure sensor.SOLUTION: A flight altitude correction system for an unmanned aircraft comprises: an unmanned aircraft and a reference device comprising an atmospheric pressure sensor; reference value storage means for storing a reference value which is an atmospheric value or the like of the reference device; increase/decrease value acquisition means for calculating an increase/decrease value, by comparing the reference value during takeoff of the unmanned aircraft with a current reference value; correction value acquisition means for calculating a correction value obtained by considering the increase/decrease value, with respect to the atmospheric value of the unmanned aircraft; and flight altitude adjustment means for controlling the flight altitude of the unmanned aircraft, based on the correction value.
