PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flight altitude control device capable of appropriately taking images of an object on the ground as an imaging target by automatically adjusting the flight altitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle.SOLUTION: A server unit 1 includes: a marker recognition unit 12 that recognizes a plurality of objects positioned on the ground from images taken by a camera 22 as a plurality of marker; an area calculation part 13 that calculates a polygonal area which is formed by the plurality of markers; and a flight altitude control unit 15 that controls the flight altitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle 2 to capture a maximum polygonal area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
