PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure the rolling resistance at a different temperature of a measuring tire T.SOLUTION: The rolling resistance of a measuring tire T having recesses in a tread U is measured, by detecting the temperature on the bottom walls of the recesses with a radiation thermometer 36 while the temperature of the measuring tire T is gradually increased by pressing the measuring tire T onto a drum 15 in a predetermined temperature environment during a travel, and by detecting the basic quantity of the rolling resistance of the measuring tire T with basic quantity detecting means 39. Therefore, the rolling resistance of the measuring tire T at each temperature during temperature increase can be easily measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】測定タイヤTの異なる温度での転がり抵抗を容易に測定する。【解決手段】トレッド踏面Uに凹みが形成された測定タイヤTを所定の温度環境下においてドラム15に押付け走行させることで、該測定タイヤTの温度を徐々に上昇させながら、前記凹みの底壁における温度を放射温度計36によって検出するとともに、測定タイヤTの転がり抵抗の基礎量を基礎量検出手段39によって検出することにより、測定タイヤTの転がり抵抗を測定するようにしたので、温度上昇中の各温度での測定タイヤTの転がり抵抗を簡単に測定することができる。【選択図】図1
