PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for measuring a rolling resistance of a tire allowing for significant reduction in time required for measurement preparation and measurement.SOLUTION: The method for measuring a rolling resistance of a tire according to the present invention includes: a measurement step (Step S1) of measuring, while the tire is in contact with a body of rotation, a temporal change of the temperature of the tire and the temporal change of a rolling resistance value of the tire during a predetermined first time period; a final temperature prediction step (Step S2) of predicting a final temperature which the tire reaches when a predetermined second time longer than the first time elapses from contacting the tire contact the body of rotation; and a rolling resistance value prediction step (Step 3) of predicting a rolling resistance value of the tire at the final temperature based on the measured temporal change of the temperature and the measured temporal change of the rolling resistance value of the tire. A device 10 for measuring the rolling resistance value of the tire according to the present invention performs the method for measuring the rolling resistance of the tire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】測定準備や測定に要する時間を大幅に短縮することができるタイヤの転がり抵抗測定方法および転がり抵抗測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るタイヤの転がり抵抗測定方法は、タイヤを回転体に接触させた状態で、所定の第一時間中の前記タイヤの温度の時間変化および前記タイヤの転がり抵抗値の時間変化を測定する測定ステップ(ステップS1)と、前記タイヤを前記回転体に接触させてから前記第一時間よりも長い所定の第二時間が経過したときの前記タイヤの温度である最終温度を予測する最終温度予測ステップ(ステップS2)と、測定した前記タイヤの温度の時間変化および前記タイヤの転がり抵抗値の時間変化に基づいて、前記最終温度における前記タイヤの転がり抵抗値を予測する転がり抵抗値予測ステップ(ステップS3)と、を含む。本発明に係るタイヤの転がり抵抗測定装置10は、前述のタイヤの転がり抵抗測定方法を実行する。【選択図】図2
