PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent element collapse of a cave model.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for evaluating vibration performance of a tire using a computer. The evaluation method comprises: a step S1 for inputting a first tire model obtained by modeling a tire before rim assembling using a finite number of elements, to a computer; a step S2 for creating a second tire model whose shape approximates a shape of the tire which is assembled in the rim, by deforming the first tire model by the computer; a step S3 for inputting a third tire model in which a cave model having a finite number of elements for calculating air pressure in a tire lumen is defined in a tire lumen of the second tire model to the computer; and a step S4 for, calculating a physical amount related to vibration of a tire, by deforming the third tire model, by the computer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】 空洞モデルの要素つぶれを防ぐ。【解決手段】 タイヤの振動性能を、コンピュータを用いて評価するための方法である。この評価方法は、リム組み前のタイヤを有限個の要素を用いてモデル化した第1タイヤモデルを、コンピュータに入力する工程S1と、コンピュータが、第1タイヤモデルを変形させることにより、リム組みされたタイヤの形状に近似する第2タイヤモデルを作成する工程S2と、第2タイヤモデルのタイヤ内腔に、タイヤ内腔内の空気の圧力を計算するための有限個の要素を有する空洞モデルが定義された第3タイヤモデルを、コンピュータに入力する工程S3と、コンピュータが、第3タイヤモデルを変形させて、タイヤの振動に関する物理量を計算する工程S4とを含む。【選択図】図3
