PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a size of a support structure of a gear, and stabilize preload applied to a taper-roller bearing.SOLUTION: A shift mechanism 3 comprises: a second driven gear 51 which is engaged with a drive gear 31; a first taper-roller bearing 52 and a second taper-roller bearing 53 which are provided in a manner of facing opposite orientations each other, on an outer periphery of a cylindrical part 513 of the second driven gear 51; an energization member 543 for energizing ones of inner rings 522, 532 and outer rings 521, 531 of the first taper-roller bearing 52 and the second taper-roller bearing 53, to a direction where they are separated; a first spacer 541 for maintaining a distance between the others of the inner rings and outer rings; and a nut 544 for holding the first taper-roller bearing 52 and the second taper-roller bearing 53 to the cylindrical part 513 of the second driven gear 51. Ones of the inner rings 522, 532 and outer rings 521, 531 of the first taper-roller bearing 52 and second taper-roller bearing 53 can be relatively displaced in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
