PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel underwater resource recovery device having no influence upon an ambient environment.SOLUTION: An underwater resource recovery device comprises an internal member having a smaller specific gravity than that of water for closing an exhaust water opening at the time when it extends through the inside of said resource recovering means, and the water face of inside is the same as the water face of other than said resource recovering means. The air in the upper portion in said resource recovery means is discharged to move the water face of said resource recovery means to an upper portion over a water surface outside of said resource recovery means thereby to move the water surface of the upper portion in said resource recovery means to a portion above the water face outside of said resource recovery means so that the closure of said water discharging opening can be released thereby to discharge the sea water, the lake water of the river water from said water discharging opening from said resource recovery means. The lower layer water of the sea water, the lake water or the river water in said resource recovery means is gradually moved to an upper portion, thereby to circulate the lower layer water of the sea water, lake water or river water in the pipe of said resource recovery means.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】周囲環境に何ら影響を与えることはない新規な水中資源回収装置を提供する。【解決手段】前記資源回収手段の内部を貫通し内部の水面が前記資源回収手段外の水面と同じである際前記水排出用開口を閉鎖する比重が水より小さな内部部材を備え、前記資源回収手段内の上部の空気を排気し前記資源回収手段内上部の水面を前記資源回収手段外の水面より上部に移動させることにより前記内部部材を前記資源回収手段内の上部に移動させて前記水排出用開口の閉鎖を放出可能にすることにより前記水排出用開口より海水又は湖水或いは川水を前記資源回収手段の外に放出して前記資源回収手段内の海水又は湖水或いは川水の下層水を徐々に上部に移動させ前記資源回収手段用管内の海水又は湖水或いは川水の下層水を循環する。【選択図】なし
