PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for underwater resource recovery that enable a recovery position undersea or a sea bottom or the like to be changed from a floating body on the sea.SOLUTION: An underwater resource recovery system and an underwater resource recovery method use a resource recovery pipe for circulating sea water, lake water or river water inside the resource recovery pipe, and collect or mine a resource through a resource recovery opening, the resource recovery pipe having a water discharging opening below a water surface and an air outlet above the water surface on an upper part on an end, and the resource recovery opening for mining an organic resource or an inorganic resource from a sea bottom or the like on the other end. A flexible recovery pipe or a flexible riser pipe is connected to the resource recovery opening on the other end of the resource recovery pipe. A flexible recovery casing body is connected to the other end of the flexible recovery pipe or the flexible riser pipe, the flexible recovery casing body being connected through a metallic wire or the like from above the sea near a mother ship, and being movable three-dimensionally including a vertical direction and having an opening in a lower part. A resource recovery position may be changed with the underwater resource recovery system and the underwater resource recovery method, by changing a position of the flexible recovery casing body from above the sea near the mother ship.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】海上の浮体から海中或いは海底等の回収位置を変更可能な水中資源回収装置及び水中資源回収方法を提供する。【解決手段】一端の上部に水面上の下部に水排出用開口とその上部に排気口を具備し他端の下部に海底等の有機物資源又は無機物資源を採掘する資源回収開口を具備する資源回収用管により前記資源回収用管内の海水又は湖水或いは川水を循環して資源を前記資源回収開口より採取し或いは採掘することを特徴とする水中資源回収装置及び水中資源回収方法に関し、前記資源回収用管の他端の資源回収開口に可撓性回収管或いは可撓性ライザー管を接続し前記可撓性回収管或いは可撓性ライザー管の他端に母船の近傍の海上から金属線等を介して上下を含む三次元に移動可能で下方に開口を備えた回収用柔軟性筺体が接続され海上から前記回収用柔軟性筺体の位置を母船の近傍の海上から変更して資源の回収位置を変更可能な水中資源回収装置及び水中資源回収方法。【選択図】なし
