PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater resource recovery device for solving a problem in which the country of Japan is the 60th place in the world, but an area of the Japanese exclusive economic zone is the sixth place in the world, especially, organic resources or inorganic resources of a seabed are necessary to be effectively utilized, however, environmental destruction is a problem and it is not executed or practically used yet.SOLUTION: A underwater resource recovery device and an underwater resource recovery method are characterized in that a resource recovery pipe comprises a water discharge opening of the water surface upper and lower part in the upper part to collect biological resources or botanical resources of the water, or a resource recovery opening for mining organic resources or inorganic resources in the lower part, and thereby the resources are collected from the resource recovery opening or are mined by circulating seawater, lake water or river water in the resource recovery pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: None
