PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck device for a railway vehicle capable of suppressing induction of forced oscillation of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A truck device 100 for a railway vehicle comprises: a truck frame 110 which is attached to a vehicle body frame 10; two sets of wheel shafts 120-1 and 120-2 arranged on the truck frame 110 in an advance direction of the vehicle body; and motors 200 each of which is disposed on an axle 122 of the wheel shaft 120, and rotatably drives the wheel shaft 120. The motor 220 includes: a stator 220 in which a shaft center of the axle 122 is inserted rotatably, and fixed to the truck frame 110; and rotors 240 which are arranged so as to rotate relatively, at both end parts of the stator 220 in an axial direction of the axle 122, with a magnetic space J, and rotate integrally with the axle 122 inserting the shaft center.
