【課題】簡素な構成で平面性捻れに対応し車輪の輪重抜け防止が可能な鉄道車両用台車の提供。【解決手段】レール50に沿って前後方向に配置された左側側梁120a及び右側側梁120bと、枕木に沿って左右方向に配置された横梁110を有し、側梁120に横梁110が接合された鉄道車両用の鉄道車両用台車枠100と、鉄道車両用台車枠100に備えられて車体を支持する車体支持装置40と、鉄道車両用台車枠100に取付けられ車軸21を受ける軸受22を備えた軸箱支持装置23と、車輪20及び車軸21を備える台車200において、横梁110に、スリット115が設けられ、左側側梁120aと右側側梁120bとの位置関係がねじれの関係となった際に、左側側梁120aと右側側梁120bとの相対位置の変位をスリット115によって吸収し、車輪20の輪重抜けを防ぐ構成とする。【選択図】図1
