PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make high-speed travel stability of a railway vehicle truck compatible with a curve passing performance by changing rotational displacement resistance of the truck with respect to a vehicle body.SOLUTION: Inclination angles of portions 18a and 18c with a predetermined width in a longitudinal direction from a front end to a rear end of a top face plate 18 are changed by an angle change mechanism 22. Longitudinal rigidity of a bolster spring 16 is adjusted by changing an inclination angle of the bolster spring 16 in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. When the inclination angles of the front and rear ends 18a and 18c of the top face plate 18 are increased, regardless of a rotation angle of a truck 10 with respect to a vehicle body 20, the vicinity of front and rear ends of the bolster spring 16 is continuously deformed just by a fixed amount and deformation resistance of the relevant portions is increased. Therefore, the longitudinal rigidity of the bolster spring 16 is increased and the rotational displacement resistance of the truck 10 with respect to the vehicle body 20 can be improved. As a result, an angle change of the truck 10 with respect to the vehicle body 20 is suppressed and high-speed travel stability of the railway vehicle can be improved.
【課題】車体に対する台車の回転変位抵抗を変化させることを可能とし、鉄道車両用台車の、高速走行安定性と曲線通過性能との両立を図る。【解決手段】角度変更機構22によって、上面板18の前端部及び後端部から前後方向所定幅の各部分18a、18cの、傾斜角度を変更する。そして、枕ばね16の、車体の前後方向の傾斜角度を変化させることにより、枕ばね16の前後剛性を調整する。上面板18の前後端部18a、18cの傾斜角度を増大させると、車体20に対する台車10の回転角度の如何にかかわらず、枕ばね16の前後端部近傍を一定量だけ常時変形させて、当該部分の変形抵抗を増大させることとなる。このため、枕ばね16の前後剛性が増加し、車体20に対する台車10の回転変位抵抗を高めることが可能となる。その結果、車体20に対する台車10の角度変化を抑制し、鉄道車両の高速走行安定性を高めることが可能となる。【選択図】図1
