PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive support apparatus capable of reducing a driving load of a driver and improving a comfort in switching from braking-control by an ACC function to braking-control by an AEBS function.SOLUTION: A drive support apparatus includes: an automatic travel control part for controlling a drive system and a brake system so that a vehicle-itself speed is a target speed in a case where no preceding vehicle exists and controlling the drive system and the brake system so that an inter-vehicle distance to a preceding vehicle is a target inter-vehicle distance in a case where the preceding vehicle exists; and an emergency brake control part for determining a deceleration control curve for use in controlling the brake system on the basis of a relative speed to the preceding vehicle and an inter-vehicle distance thereto and controlling the brake system in accordance with the deceleration control curve. Further, in the case of the emergency brake control part starting control of the brake system while the automatic travel control part controls the brake system, the emergency brake control part controls the brake system so that the deceleration of the vehicle maintains at deceleration or higher at the time of disengaging the automatic travel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】運転者の運転負担を軽減できるとともに、ACC機能による制動制御からAEBS機能による制動制御に切り替える際の快適性を向上できる運転支援装置を提供する。【解決手段】運転支援装置は、先行車両がいない場合に、自車速度が目標速度となるように駆動系統及び制動系統を制御するとともに、先行車両がいる場合に、先行車両との車間距離が目標車間距離となるように駆動系統及び制動系統を制御する自動走行制御部と、先行車両との相対速度及び車間距離に基づいて制動系統を制御するための減速度制御カーブを決定し、当該減速度制御カーブに従って制動系統を制御する緊急ブレーキ制御部と、を備える。自動走行制御部による制動系統の制御中に、緊急ブレーキ制御部による制動系統の制御が開始される場合に、緊急ブレーキ制御部は、車両の減速度が、自動走行解除時の減速度以上となるように、制動系統を制御する。【選択図】図2
