PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly automatic inspection device capable of measuring gaps and level differences between respective composition parts assembled to a vehicle mounted on a moving conveyor without being dependent on a vehicle type and also always measuring an arbitrary measuring position with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The assembly automatic inspection device of this invention for measuring gaps and level differences between respective composition parts assembled to a vehicle mounted on a moving conveyor has: a conveyor; and a multiple axis robot with a base unit fixed on a floor surface in a lateral side of the conveyor. The multiple axis robot is provided with a displacement sensor using a slit laser beam on an arm tip, the arm tip is composed to measure a plurality of positions in the vehicle by the displacement sensor while synchronizing moving speed and moving direction of the conveyor so that the displacement sensor and the vehicle are mutually stationary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】移動するコンベア上に載置された車両に組付けられた各構成部品間の隙間と段差を、車種に依存せず、しかも、任意の測定箇所を常に精度よく測定することができる建付け自動検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る建付け自動検査装置は、移動するコンベア上に載置された車両に組付けられた各構成部品間の隙間と段差を測定する建付け自動検査装置であって、前記コンベアと、前記コンベアの横側方の床面上に基部が固定された多軸ロボットとを有し、前記多軸ロボットはアーム先端にスリットレーザ光を用いた変位センサを備え、前記アーム先端は前記変位センサと前記車両とが相対静止するように前記コンベアの移動速度と移動方向とを同期させながら前記変位センサにより前記車両の複数箇所を測定するように構成したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
