PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to appropriately confirm that a train has stopped at a predetermined stop position even in a train that is not equipped with an on-vehicle member.SOLUTION: In a monitoring system 1, a monitoring camera 10 is installed so as to be directed to a predetermined photographing area. A microcomputer device 20 for detection of the monitoring camera 10 detects a state of a train in a video image of the photographing area. A reflection type sensor 5 is connected to a track area and detects whether or not a train is present at a reference stop position. The microcomputer device 20 for detection grasps a movement of the train in the photographing area from an image of the monitoring camera 10, and determines the state of the train (approach, stop, start, and not on-rail) together with the result of the reflection type sensor 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】車上子を有しない列車であっても、列車が所定の停止位置に停止した確認を適切に行う技術を提供する。【解決手段】監視システム1は監視カメラ10を所定の撮影エリアに向けて設置している。監視カメラ10の検出用マイコン装置20は、撮影エリアの動画像において列車の状態の検出を行う。軌道エリアには、反射型センサ5が接続され、基準停止位置に列車が存在するか否かを検出する。検出用マイコン装置20は、監視カメラ10の映像から、撮影エリアの列車の動きを把握し、反射型センサ5の結果と共に、列車の状態(進入、停止、発車、非在線)を判断する。【選択図】図4
