PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal control system, signal control device, traffic signal controller, and computer program that can achieve an appropriate offset in the process of tracking the offset.SOLUTION: A signal control device transmits a signal control command to a traffic signal controller by putting the number of seconds for addition for each of all or part of a plurality of stages into the signal control command. The traffic signal controller comprises: a reception unit that receives the signal control command; an acquisition unit for acquiring the number of seconds for reference at each of the plurality of stages on the basis of cycle length, a split, and an offset included in the received signal control command; a determination unit that determines the number of seconds for display on the basis of the acquired number of seconds for reference and the number of seconds for addition at a stage corresponding to the number of seconds for reference; and a step-by-step control unit that makes each stage take a step on the basis of the determined number of seconds for display.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】オフセットの追従の過程で適切なオフセットを実現することができる信号制御システム、信号制御装置、交通信号制御機及びコンピュータプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】信号制御装置は、信号制御指令に複数の階梯の全部又は一部の階梯それぞれの追加秒数を含めて信号制御指令を交通信号制御機へ送信する。交通信号制御機は、信号制御指令を受信する受信部と、受信した信号制御指令に含まれるサイクル長、スプリット及びオフセットに基づいて複数の階梯それぞれの基準秒数を取得する取得部と、取得した基準秒数及び基準秒数に係る階梯の追加秒数に基づいて表示秒数を特定する特定部と、特定した表示秒数に基づいて各階梯を歩進させる歩進制御部とを備える。【選択図】図1
