PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery holding structure capable of stably holding a battery, even while saving a space and decreasing weight.SOLUTION: A battery holding structure is equipped with a leg portion 45 fastened to a front side frame 12 extending in a fore-and-aft direction; and a battery receiving portion 44 which is laid in a vehicle width direction between a damper housing 13 ranging to the outer side in a vehicle width direction of the front side frame 12 and the leg portion 45, and on which a battery is placed. A part surrounded by the battery receiving portion 44, the leg portion 45, the front side frame 12 and the damper housing 13 configures a harness insertion space 78 wiring a harness 77, and the battery receiving portion 44 is fastened the damper housing 13 in the vehicle width direction at an outside end portion in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】省スペース化及び軽量化を図った上で、バッテリを安定して保持できるバッテリ保持構造を提供する。【解決手段】前後方向に延びるフロントサイドフレーム12に締結された脚部45と、フロントサイドフレーム12の車幅方向の外側に連なるダンパハウジング13と脚部45との間を車幅方向に架け渡すとともに、バッテリが載置されるバッテリ受け部44と、を備えたバッテリ保持構造であって、バッテリ受け部44、脚部45、フロントサイドフレーム12及びダンパハウジング13で囲まれた部分は、ハーネス77を配索するハーネス挿入空間78を構成し、バッテリ受け部44は、車幅方向の外側端部がダンパハウジング13に車幅方向で締結されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
