PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor failure determination device for a vehicle transmission device capable of increasing timing for detecting a failure and surely determining the failure of a temperature sensor.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor failure determination device for a vehicle transmission device includes: a housing 14 of a vehicle transmission device 10; first operation equipment 31 housed in the housing 14; hydraulic fluid stored in the housing 14 so as to operate the first operation equipment 31; second operation equipment 12 housed in the housing 14; a first temperature sensor 21 for detecting the temperature of hydraulic fluid; a second temperature sensor 22 for detecting the temperature of the second operation equipment 12; and a determination section 34 for determining a failure of either one of the first temperature sensor 21 and the second temperature sensor 22 on the basis of a difference between a first temperature value THc detected by the first temperature sensor 21 and a second temperature value THm detected by the second temperature sensor 22 during the operation of the vehicle transmission device 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】故障の検出のタイミングを増大させるとともに温度センサの故障の判定を確実に行うことができる車両伝動装置用温度センサ故障判定装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】車両伝動装置10のハウジング14と、ハウジング14に収容された第一作動機器31と、ハウジング14内に貯留されて第一作動機器31を作動させる作動油と、ハウジング14に収容された第二作動機器12と、作動油の温度を検出する第一温度センサ21と、第二作動機器12の温度を検出する第二温度センサ22と、車両伝動装置10の作動時に、第一温度センサ21が検出した第一温度値THcと第二温度センサ22が検出した第二温度値THmとの差に基づいて、第一温度センサ21と第二温度センサ22のうち、いずれか一方の故障の判定を行う判定部34と、を備える。【選択図】図1
