PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a lane change plan for the purpose of that an own vehicle changes a lane safely and comfortably.SOLUTION: A coordinate system along a drawing direction of a guideway on which an own vehicle travels and a direction orthogonal to the drawing direction is divided according to vehicle information concerning the own vehicle, vehicle information concerning peripheral vehicles and driving condition of the own vehicle, thereby setting a grid group. According to a positional relationship between a grid in which the own vehicle exists and a grid in which the peripheral vehicles exist among the set grip group and an evaluation result such that the driving condition of the own vehicle is evaluated, a lane change plan for lane change of the own vehicle is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】自車両が安全且つ快適に車線変更を行うための車線変更計画を生成する。【解決手段】自車両が走行する走行路の延伸方向および前記延伸方向に直交する直交方向に沿う座標系を、自車両に関する車両情報、周囲車両に関する車両情報および自車両の運転状況に応じて分割することでグリッド群を設定する。そして、設定したグリッド群のうち自車両が存在するグリッドと周辺車両が存在するグリッドとの位置関係と自車両の運転状況を評価した評価結果とに応じて、自車両が車線変更を行うための計画である車線変更計画を生成する。【選択図】図5
