PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a force limiter load appropriate.SOLUTION: In a second force limiter mechanism 32 of a webbing rewinding device 10, when rotation speed of a rotating mass 40 rotated integrally with a spool 16 is small, displacement amount caused by a surmounting part 44 of the rotating mass 40 are reduced and rotation of the rotating mass 40 is not restricted by a stopper 46, so that a force limiter load is reduced. While, when the rotation speed of the rotating mass 40 is large, the displacement amount caused by the surmounting part 44 of the rotating mass 40 is increased and rotation of the rotating mass 40 is restricted by the stopper 46, so that the force limiter load is increased.     【課題】フォースリミッタ荷重を適切にする。【解決手段】ウェビング巻取装置10の第2フォースリミッタ機構32では、スプール16と一体回転される回転マス40の回転速度が小さい場合に、回転マス40の乗越部44による変位量が小さくされて、ストッパ46が回転マス40の回転を規制しないことで、フォースリミッタ荷重が小さくされる。一方、回転マス40の回転速度が大きい場合に、回転マス40の乗越部44による変位量が大きくされて、ストッパ46が回転マス40の回転を規制することで、フォースリミッタ荷重が大きくされる。このため、フォースリミッタ荷重を適切にできる。【選択図】図1
