PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an energy absorption member from being deformed when generation of a force limiter load is unwanted.SOLUTION: A webbing rewinding device 10 comprises: a spool 14; a lock base 30 which restricts rotation of the spool 14 toward a drawing-out direction; an energy absorption wire 50 which is deformed so as to allow the spool 14 to generate a force limiter load; and a rewinding part 48 for rewinding the energy absorption wire 50. Further the webbing rewinding device 10 comprises a lever 54 having a pressing surface S3 that presses and then deforms the energy absorption wire 50, and a passing part 72 through which the energy absorption wire 50 passing through the pressing surface S3 passes. Moreover, a width W1 of the passing part 72 is set larger than a width W2 of an initially deformed part 50F of the energy absorption wire 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4B
