PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately adjust an allowable load of an allowance mechanism according to rotation speed of a spool in a drawing-out direction.SOLUTION: In a changing mechanism 40 of a second force limiter mechanism 32 in a webbing rewinding device 10, during an emergency of a vehicle, an intrusion amount of a mass 50 into a recessed part of a rotating cam 46 is changed according to rotation speed of the rotating cam 46, which is integral with a spool 16, in a drawing-out direction, so that a second force limiter load of the second force limiter mechanism 32 is changed. This allows the changing mechanism 40 to change the second force limiter load in a non-step manner according to the rotation speed of the spool 16 in the drawing-out direction so that the second force limiter load can be appropriately adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】スプールの引出方向への回転速度に応じて許容機構の許容荷重を適切に調整する。【解決手段】ウェビング巻取装置10では、車両の緊急時に、第2フォースリミッタ機構32の変更機構40において、スプール16と一体の回転カム46の引出方向への回転速度に応じてマス50が回転カム46の凹部への侵入量を変化されて、第2フォースリミッタ機構32の第2フォースリミッタ荷重が変更される。このため、変更機構40がスプール16の引出方向への回転速度に応じて第2フォースリミッタ荷重を無段階に変更でき、第2フォースリミッタ荷重を適切に調整できる。【選択図】図1
