PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of an engine hanger which enables improvement of attachment strength of an engine hanger (for example, a rear hanger 3) to an engine 1 while inhibiting increase in the weight and costs.SOLUTION: A rear hanger 3 has: a hook part 31 which hooks on a suspension member (for example, a chain 5); a fastening part 33 fastened to the engine side (for example, a cylinder head 1b) by a bolt 34; and a protruding part 35 which is separated from the fastening part 33, contacts with the engine side, and supports a part of a load. An elongated hole (a bolt hole 33a) into which the bolt 34 is inserted is formed in the fastening part 33. An engine side contact surface (for example, a lower inclined surface 61a of an expansion part 61 of an engine side member 6) which contacts with the protruding part 35 is located close to the rear hanger 3 at one longitudinal side (the upper side) of the elongated hole 33a and separates from the rear hanger 3 at the other side (the lower side).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
