PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front pillar structure that is efficiently secured in rigidity just with unevenness fitting means and further decreased in weight and costs by reducing the number of components.SOLUTION: In assembling a pillar garnish 1 to a front pillar 2, just by moving the pillar garnish 1 in a vehicle width direction W, a shaft part 31b of a first clip 31 made of synthetic resin to be fixed to the front pillar 2 is fitted to a notch part 32 of a dog house 30, and a locking claw part 41c of a second clip 41 made of synthetic resin to be fixed to a back side of the pillar garnish 1 is fitted to a second clip hole 42 provided in the front pillar 2, so that even if the pillar garnish is assembled in the vehicle width direction W, fitting directions of fitting means 3 and 4 can be set to the vehicle width direction W and a vehicle height direction H approximately orthogonal to the vehicle width direction W.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】凹凸嵌合手段だけで効率的に剛性を確保し、而も部品点数を削減することで軽量且つ安価にする。【解決手段】フロントピラー2にピラーガーニッシュ1を組付けるにあたり、当該ピラーガーニッシュ1を車幅方向Wに沿って移動するだけで、フロントピラー2に固定される第1の合成樹脂製のクリップ31の軸部31bがドッグハウス30の切欠部32に嵌合すると共に、ピラーガーニッシュ1の裏面に固定される第2の合成樹脂製のクリップ41の係止爪部41cがフロントピラー2に設けられた第2のクリップ孔42に嵌合することになるので、組付方向が車幅方向Wでも、嵌合手段3、4の嵌合方向を当該車幅方向Wと共に当該車幅方向Wに略直交する車両高さ方向Hに配置することができる。【選択図】図1
