PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive mechanism of a traveling device which can use an endless member for connecting and driving a front wheel and a rear wheel as travel assistance only when necessary.SOLUTION: A drive mechanism of a traveling device (10) is provided with a pair of right and left wheels (12) mounted on a front part and a rear part of an under carriage, sprockets (16) which are integrally arranged on the right and left wheels on either one of the front or rear part and have a smaller diameter than the wheels, a belt (17) suspended around the front and rear sprockets, a pulley (21) which abuts on an inner peripheral surface of the belt and can change a position of the belt, and an actuator (22) for moving the pulley. The actuator moves the belt from a first position connecting a lower end of the sprocket to a second position which is lower than the first position by moving the pulley downward and inscribing the pulley on a lower side of the belt so as to make a belt function as an endless track.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】前輪と後輪とを連結して駆動する無端状部材を、必要なときにのみ走行補助として用いることができる走行装置の駆動機構を提供する。【解決手段】走行装置(10)の駆動機構は、車台の前後に取付けられた左右一対の車輪(12)と、前後いずれか一方の左右の前記車輪に一体的に設けられ、前記車輪より径が小さいスプロケット(16)と、前後のスプロケットに懸架されたベルト(17)と、ベルトの内周面に当接してベルトの位置を変えることができるプーリ(21)と、プーリを移動するアクチュエータ(22)と、を備える。アクチュエータは、プーリを下方に移動してベルトの下辺に内接させることにより、ベルトを、前記スプロケットの下端を結ぶ第1の位置から、更に下方の第2の位置に移動させ、ベルトを無限軌道として機能させる。【選択図】図1
