PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular component having no edge shape to be a crack starting point.SOLUTION: There is provided a vehicular component 1 in which a fitting part 3 and a fitting peripheral part 5 of a body part 2 are composed as an unfoamed solid layer 11; a portion other than the fitting peripheral part of the body part 2 is composed of skin layers 6, 7 composing the surface and rear face parts and a foam layer 8; and an edge shape to be a crack starting point does not exist. The vehicular component 1 is molded by using a molding material comprising a synthetic resin material, a high-hardness fiber such as a glass fiber or carbon fiber, and mica or talc by a core back molding method. The portion other than the fitting peripheral part of the body part 2 is composed of the skin layers 6, 7 composing the surface and rear face parts and the foam layer 8, and the fitting part 3 and the fitting peripheral part 5 of the body part 2 are composed into an unfoamed solid layer 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】割れ起点になるエッジ形状の存在しない車両用部品を提供する。【解決手段】車両用部品1は合成樹脂材とガラス繊維又は炭素繊維等の高硬度繊維とマイカ又はタルクとからなる成形材料を用いてコアバック成形法により成形され、本体部2の取付周辺部以外の部分はスキン層6,7と発泡層8とから構成され、取付部3と取付周辺部5とは未発泡なソリッド層11に構成され、取付部3と本体部2の取付周辺部5とが未発泡なソリッド層11として構成され、本体部2の取付周辺部以外の部分が表裏面部を構成するスキン層6,7と発泡層8とから構成されて、割れ起点になるエッジ形状の存在しない車両用部品1が提供できる。【選択図】図1
