PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relate to a voltage variable control method of a direct current converter for a hybrid vehicle which applies an IBS to the hybrid vehicle.SOLUTION: There is provided a voltage variable control method which can improve fuel economy by minimizing the energy consumption of an LDC and an energy consumption amount of an auxiliary battery by using: a point for deciding a control mode at each of main three traveling modes different from the decision of an LDC voltage control mode at each of existing seven pieces of traveling conditions in maximum; a point in which a high-electrical load is sorted into at least two groups by taking into consideration the durability of an auxiliary battery such as the control of the excessive charge and the excessive discharge of the auxiliary battery while an LDC output voltage is currently outputted at the same command value irrespective of a kind of a high-electrical load; and a point in which a command table of the output voltage is constructed depending on a traveling mode and an auxiliary battery SOC state on the basis of auxiliary battery SOC information which is sensed from an IBS.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】ハイブリッド車両へのIBSの適用等によるハイブリッド車両用の直流変換装置の電圧可変制御方法に関する。【解決手段】既存には最大七つの走行条件別にLDC電圧制御モードが決定されることと異なり、主な三つの走行モード別に該制御モードを決定する点と、既存には高電装負荷の種類に関わらずLDC出力電圧が同一な指令値で出力されたが、補助バッテリーの過充電及び過放電の制限など補助バッテリーの耐久性を考慮して、高電装負荷を二つのグループ以上に分け、該出力電圧の値及びその指令順序を差別化させた点と、IBSから感知される補助バッテリーSOC情報などに基づいて、走行モード及び補助バッテリーSOC状態によって該出力電圧の指令テーブルを構築する点とによって、LDCの消耗エネルギー及び補助バッテリーのエネルギー消耗量を最小化して、燃費向上を図れる電圧可変制御方法を提供する。【選択図】図6
