The invention belongs to the technical field of converter control, and discloses a control method of a high-efficiency bidirectional direct-current converter for a hybrid electric vehicle, which adopts a high-voltage side voltage and low-voltage side current double-closed-loop control branch to realize high-voltage side voltage regulation and energy bidirectional flow control by changing the duty ratio; meanwhile, a current margin single closed-loop control branch is adopted, and the current peak-to-peak values of the first inductor L1 and the second inductor L2 are changed by adjusting the switching frequency, so that the current margin delta I is kept basically unchanged under the whole operation condition, reliable implementation of zero-voltage soft switching of the switching tube is ensured, on-state loss is reduced, and the switching efficiency is improved. Therefore, the system can efficiently operate in the whole low-voltage side voltage and load change range, and has the advantages of being easy to implement, low in cost, high in efficiency and the like.
