PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery control device capable of easily and stably controlling charge/discharge of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A voltage command is generated by performing PI control of a deviation between a target current value 20 of a secondary battery 5 and a charge/discharge current value of the secondary battery 5 detected by a current sensor 9, and a current command is generated by adding a load current that is calculated by a load current calculation circuit 25, and the target current value 20 of the secondary battery 5. Thus, charge/discharge of the secondary battery can be controlled more easily and stably than the case where the voltage command and the current command are generated using the same parameter and the case where one of the voltage command and the current command is fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
