PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a secondary battery capable of precisely estimating a parameter necessary for the estimation of SOC.SOLUTION: A control device of a secondary battery is mounted on a vehicle which uses at least a motor as a driving source. The control device includes the secondary battery, a mode time measurement part, a stop detection part, a charge detection part and a control part which is connected so as to permit communication with them and, at the same time, estimates a characteristic parameter in an equivalent circuit of the secondary battery. The equivalent circuit has an impedance circuit group which corresponds to a time constant related to charging/discharging and is constituted with at least one impedance circuit defined by the characteristic parameter. The control part, after the stop detection part detects stopping of the vehicle, estimates an initial value of a charge accumulated on the impedance circuit on the basis of a traveling mode before the stopping of the vehicle and a duration time thereof and, further, it is judged whether the characteristic parameter is estimated or not on the basis of the initial value and the presence/absence of electricity charging after stopping the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】SOCの推定に必要なパラメータのより精度の高い推定が可能な二次電池の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】二次電池の制御装置は、少なくとも電動機を駆動源とする車両に搭載される。この制御装置は、二次電池と、モード時間計測部と、停止検出部と、充電検出部と、これらに通信可能に接続されるとともに、二次電池の等価回路における特性パラメータを推定する制御部と、を備える。等価回路は、充放電に係る時定数に対応し、特性パラメータにより規定される少なくとも1つのインピーダンス回路から構成されるインピーダンス回路群を有する。制御部は、停止検出部が車両の停止を検出した後に、車両の停止前の走行モードおよびその継続時間に基づいてインピーダンス回路に蓄積された電荷の初期値を推定し、さらに、初期値と、車両の停止後の充電の有無と、に基づいて特性パラメータを推定するか否かを判別する。【選択図】図4
