PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exhibit a reinforcement effect by integrally constituting a bulk head part with a reinforcement and bring the bulk head part into another body configuration to a pillar inner, and thereby reduce a body weight and reduce the number of parts without being affected by mutual materials or a board thickness.SOLUTION: A reinforcement 4 disposed in a closed cross section 2A of a side sill 2 constituted by a sill inner 2a and a sill outer 2b is configured by having a shear plane 5 planarly opposed to the sill inner 2a, and a pair of bulk head parts 7 for respectively defining the vehicle body longitudinal direction of the closed cross section by the shear plane 5 and the sill inner 2a is integrally formed to the reinforcement 4, and thereby the reinforcement 4 is joined and disposed in the pillar inner 1a and the sill inner 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】バルクヘッド部をレインフォースと一体構成することにより、補剛効果を十分発揮できるようにすると共に、ピラーインナーに対してバルクヘッド部を別体構成にすることにより互いの材質や板厚などに影響されずに車体重量の軽量化及び部品点数の軽減化を可能に構成する。【解決手段】シルインナー2aとシルアウター2bとが構成するサイドシル2の閉断面2Aに配置したにレインフォース4が、シルインナー2aに面状に対向するシェア面部5を有して構成され、且つ、シェア面部5とシルインナー2aとにより閉断面の車体前後方向をそれぞれ隔成する一対のバルクヘッド部7を、レインフォース4に一体に形成した上で、レインフォース4をピラーインナー1aとシルインナー2aとに接合配置した。【選択図】図1
