PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize speed control for an automobile, the control corresponding to a state of a road surface.SOLUTION: The automobile brake includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring, for example, when an automobile with wheels travels, a travel resistance force generated between the wheels of the automobile and the ground to which the wheels contact, on the basis of a drive power of the automobile and an acceleration of the automobile; and a control unit for starting control to give a braking force to the wheels of the automobile, when a difference between the travel resistance force and a value set in advance exceeds a first threshold value, and a differential value of the travel resistance force exceeds a second threshold value.
