The invention relates to the technical field of brake devices, and discloses an automobile brake mechanism which comprises fixing supports. The fixing supports are divided into an upper set and a lower set, a set of movable clamping plates are movably connected into each of the upper set and the lower set in a sleeved mode, and friction plates are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the movable clamping plates in a sleeved mode. The upper and lower sets of movable clamping plates are in transmission connection through a fixed connecting rod, and a reset spring movably sleeves the outer surface of the fixed connecting rod and is positioned between the two sets of movable clamping plates. According to the automobile brake mechanism, due to the arrangement of the friction plates and the external structure, the contact area between the friction plates and the outer surface of the friction brake disc is large, and when the friction plates make contact with the friction brake disc rotating at a high speed, a high friction braking force can be generated; and compared with an existing disc brake mechanism, by using the brake mechanism of the invention, the braking force generated by the automobile braking mechanism is effectively improved so that the braking distance of the automobile is shortened, and the safety and reliability of the automobile during high-speed driving are improved.

    本发明涉及制动装置技术领域,且公开了一种用于汽车的制动机构,包括固定支架,固定支架分为上下两组,上下两组所述固定支架的内部均活动套接有一组活动卡板,活动卡板的内壁上固定套接有摩擦片,上下两组活动卡板之间通过固定连杆传动连接,固定连杆的外表面且位于两组活动卡板之间活动套接有复位弹簧。该用于汽车的制动机构,对于摩擦片及其外部结构的设置,使得摩擦片与摩擦制动盘外表面之间的接触面积较大,使其在与高速旋转的摩擦制动盘接触时,可以产生较为强大的摩擦制动力,与现有的碟刹机构相比,有效地提高该汽车制动机构所能产生的制动力,进而缩短了该汽车的制动距离,提高了该汽车在高速行驶下的安全性及可靠性。
