PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost power supply vehicle, charging system, and charging method, which improve a power efficiency.SOLUTION: A power supply vehicle, for use in supplying power in the state of being connected, with a charging cable, to a charged vehicle that includes a charged-side battery, includes: a power supply-side battery; a motor driven with power from a power supply-side battery; first power conversion means for converting power of the power supply-side battery and outputting the converted power to the motor; second power conversion means; and control means for controlling the first and second power conversion means. Further, the control means causes the motor and the first power conversion means to operate as a step-down circuit to step down a voltage of the power supply-side battery to a given voltage, and causes the second power conversion means to operate as a step-up circuit to step up the given voltage, outputting the step-up voltage to the charged vehicle.
