PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle structure member that can improve strength and rigidity of a base member formed of fiber reinforced resin, and improve workability in manufacturing, and to provide a vehicle floor using the vehicle structure member.SOLUTION: A rib 44 extends down from a lower surface 42 of a base member 55 (upper panel 20). Accordingly, strength and rigidity of the upper panel 20 can be improved. The base member 55 includes a recess part 48 formed in a position facing the rib 44. Fiber reinforced resin arranged in a die for molding the upper panel 20 is pressed toward a side of a rib formation recess part by a recess formation protrusion, thereby easily filling the rib formation recess part with the resin. The rib 44 for improving the strength and rigidity of the upper panel 20 can be integrally formed with the upper panel 20 when the upper panel 20 is molded. Manufacturing man hours can be reduced as compared with a case where the rib 44 is integrated with the base member 55 by bonding.

    【課題】繊維強化樹脂を用いた基部材の強度及び剛性を向上させ、かつ製造時における作業性を向上させることができる車両構造部材及びこれを用いた車両フロアを得る。【解決手段】基部材55(アッパパネル20)の下面42からはリブ44が垂下している。これにより、アッパパネル20の強度及び剛性を向上させることができる。また、基部材55において、リブ44と対向する位置に凹部48が形成されている。つまり、アッパパネル20を成形する金型内に配置された繊維強化樹脂は、凹部形成用凸部によってリブ形成用凹部側へ押し込まれるため、当該リブ形成用凹部へ充填され易くなる。したがって、アッパパネル20の強度及び剛性を向上させるためのリブ44をアッパパネル20の成形時に当該アッパパネル20と一体に設けることができる。このため、接着などにより、基部材55にリブ44を一体化させる場合と比較して製造工数を削減することができる。【選択図】図2
