PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular frame structure having high productivity, capable of increasing an energy absorbing quantity while suppressing weight increase.SOLUTION: A reinforcement body 20 is provided inside a frame body 10, and the frame body 10 is formed in a closed cross sectional shape to bond first and second vehicle body constitution members 11 and 12 together. The reinforcement body 20 has first and second reinforcement members 21 and 22 including base parts extending along the first and second vehicle body constitution members 11 and 12 and projections which project from the base parts. The top surface parts of the projections of the first and second reinforcement members 21 and 22 are bonded to each other, and bonded to the frame body 10 on a tensile side with regard to at least a neutral axis for bending. Closed cross sectional parts are each formed by the reinforcement member 20 and the frame body 10, into a substantially rectangle cross sectional shape in which second surface parts are longer than first surface parts, and are arranged in a direction in which the second surface parts are approximately orthogonal to the neutral axis for bending.
