To provide a vehicular frame structure capable of suppressing a deformation of an entire frame by efficient reinforcement.SOLUTION: A vehicle includes a pair of side members 11 and 12 which extend in a vehicle back-and-forth direction and which are installed side by side with a clearance therebetween in a vehicle widthwise direction. The side members 11 and 12 respectively include: narrow-width portions 11FS and 12FS at the front side; center portions 11C and 12C which are installed at a rear side and which have a wider clearance between the side members 11 and 12 than that of the narrow-wide portions; and boundary portions 11FB and 12FB which are placed between the narrow-width portions and the center portions and which have the above-described clearance gradually becoming widespread toward the rear side. The vehicle includes: a first cross member 40 that interconnects the side members 11 and 12 at rear ends of the boundary portions 11FB and 12FB; and a second cross member 14 that interconnects the side members 11 and 12 at the front side relative to the first cross member 40.
