PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object detector capable of precisely detecting objects positioned at a long-distance and a close range, respectively.SOLUTION: The object detector has a control section 10 that controls wave transmission periods TB1 and TB2 to change according to the distance measured by a measurement section 14. Therefore, since the control section 10 controls to change the wave transmission periods TB1 and TB2 according to the distance measured by the measurement section 14, the objects positioned at a long-distance and a close range can be detected precisely respectively.

    【課題】遠距離及び近距離の物体をそれぞれ精度よく検知可能とする。【解決手段】本実施形態の物体検知装置において、制御部10は、計測部14が計測する距離に対応して、送波期間TB1,TB2を変更するように構成される。したがって、計測部14が計測する距離に対応して、制御部10が送波期間TB1,TB2を変更するので、遠距離及び近距離の物体をそれぞれ精度よく検知することが可能になる。【選択図】 図1
